Sourcing
Some buyers know exactly what they need but not where to buy it — or they have a supplier and want a second source before they become dependent on one. That is what this service is for.
What we do
- 01
Define the requirement
Specification, quantity, target price, delivery point, timeline and any certification the goods must carry. Ambiguity at this stage is what produces the wrong goods later.
- 02
Search the supply base
We work our existing supplier relationships first, then extend the search across the EU market — manufacturers, importers, distributors and stockholders.
- 03
Verify the supplier
Company registration and VAT status, trading history, ability to produce the documentation the goods require, and capacity to hold the volume you need over time.
- 04
Arrange samples
Before a first order of any size, you get a sample or a pre-shipment inspection. We coordinate it and we pay attention to what comes back.
- 05
Price the landed cost
Not the ex-works price — the price at your door, including transport, packaging, pallet exchange and any handling in between.
- 06
Present the options
Usually two or three, with the trade-offs stated plainly rather than a single recommendation with the alternatives hidden.
What we do not do
We do not run reverse auctions between suppliers we introduced you to.
We do not quote a price we have not confirmed with the supplier.
We do not present a single option and call it a search.
Where we look
Inside the EU single market — with the deepest supplier coverage in Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Hungary and Austria.
Start a sourcing request
Send the specification and quantity. If we can supply it, you will have a written quotation. If we cannot, we will say so.
