What we actually do

We are a trading company, not a consultancy. In most cases we take title to the goods: we buy from the supplier and sell to the buyer, and the buyer holds one contract and one invoice. Where a buyer prefers to contract directly with the manufacturer, we act as an intermediary on an agency basis and say so in writing before the order is placed.

Who we supply

• Wholesalers and cash-and-carry operators
• Retail chains and independent retail groups
• Distributors and importers extending their range
• Contractors, fit-out companies and facility operators buying in volume

We do not sell to consumers and we do not operate a webshop.

Where we operate

Our suppliers and our buyers are both inside the EU single market. Our core markets are Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Germany and the Baltic states. Trading within the single market means goods move without import duty or customs clearance, and product compliance is governed by one regulatory framework — which shortens lead times and removes a large category of risk from the transaction.

How we run the business

We quote in writing.

No verbal prices, no indicative numbers that change at invoicing.

We confirm availability before we quote.

A quotation from us means the goods exist and the supplier has committed.

We stay on the order.

The person who quotes you is the person who follows the delivery.

We decline work we cannot do.

If we cannot source it at a price that works, we say so the same week.
